Role responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products/services to physicians and other medical personnel in assigned geography.
- Educate customers on appropriate use, characteristics, and approved indications.
- Professionally represent the company; maintain visibility and customer service.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with external/internal customers.
- Promote and educate specialty physicians via one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved speaker programs.
- Meet territory product sales goals and activity goals using defined metrics while following ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations.
- Execute approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plans.
- Support targeted customers/accounts using approved resources, sales materials, and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain company equipment and approved promotional materials per compliance guidelines.
- Execute territory strategy using business plans and sales reports.
- Attend company-sponsored sales/medical meetings.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional sales development.
Qualifications/requirements:
- BA/BS required; 2+ years promoting rare disease products.
- 5β7+ years successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Valid US state-issued driverβs license.
