Territory Location: Apple Valley CA, Victorville CA, Lancaster CA, Palmdale CA

Territory Manager β€” account-based selling to HCPs who prescribe and influence treatment for Lilly disease states. Supports all medicines and appropriate brand patients, including multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Promote priority products across multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the territory marketplace; evaluate and tailor territory strategy to grow/own business outcomes.
- Navigate healthcare and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement new technologies, including AI company-approved tools to streamline customer interactions.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience; model a growth mindset.
- Use Lilly selling/competency/account management models; demonstrate high learning agility (disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, product label).
- Engage in patient-centered dialogues; plan and promote the BU portfolio.
- Drive consistent ways of working in the Regional Health Care Market; fully utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
- Build/maintain internal and external partner relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required professional certification/license if state requires.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Lilly does not sponsor visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to engage staff in accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focus, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
