Territory Location: Apple Valley CA, Victorville CA, Lancaster CA, Palmdale CA
Territory Manager Responsibilities
- Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe/influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly portfolio.
- Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model, and Account Management Model.
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand and tailor territory strategy; navigate payer landscape to impact key stakeholders.
- Use business insight tools/data/analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement new technologies, including AI company-approved tools, to streamline customer interactions.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Use patient-centered dialogues; demonstrate learning agility regarding disease state, clinical trials, and product label.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies.
- Own customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access.
- Build relationships with internal/external partners; use Virtual Medical Hub as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license if required by specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
Additional Skills/Preferences
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff in accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of territory boundary.
