The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly portfolio. Responsibilities include:

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the marketplace within the territory; tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate the healthcare environment and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders as trusted partners.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement and adopt new technologies, including AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Model a growth mindset.

SELLING SKILLS / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Use company selling, competency and account management models.
- Demonstrate high learning agility (disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, product label).
- Plan for and engage in patient-centered dialogues.

EXECUTION / RESULTS
- Promote across BU portfolio and HCP specialties; utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while following company policies.
- Own customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
- Be accountable for results across all accounts.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Work authorization for full-time US employment; no visa sponsorship.

Additional Skills / Preferences
- Account-based selling experience.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focus, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
