Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products/services to physicians and other medical personnel in assigned geography.
- Educate customers on appropriate use, characteristics, and approved indications.
- Professionally represent the company; maintain high visibility and customer service.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.
- Promote and educate specialty physicians on rare disease products via one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and company-approved speaker programs.
- Meet territory product sales goals and activity goals while following ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations.
- Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.
- Support targeted customers/accounts using company-approved resources and sales materials.
- Manage and maintain company equipment and company-approved promotional materials per compliance guidelines.
- Execute territory sales strategy using territory/regional business plans and sales reports; attend company-sponsored sales/medical meetings as directed.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional sales development.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; 2+ years promoting rare disease products.
- 5–7+ years successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Valid US state-issued driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and rare disease products; proven sustained high sales performance.
- Competencies: leadership, teamwork/collaboration, attention to detail, self-starter, problem solving, organizational skills, adaptability, professionalism, written/verbal communications, analytical skills, multi-tasking, decision-making, accountability.

Working conditions:
- Periodic evening/weekend work; periodic overnight travel; travel up to 70%.
