Role Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales - Associate Territory Manager - Cardiometabolic Health. Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio. Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of medicines for the right patients.
Responsibilities
- Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigates the ever-changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and become a trusted partner.
- Utilizes business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implements and adopts new technologies, including AI tools and analytics to streamline customer interactions.
- Identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Required: Professional certification or license if required by state; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Required: Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship anticipated.
Skills
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results skills.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to engage staff at accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team-focused, and emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
