Role Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales - Associate Territory Manager - Cardiometabolic Health. Territory Manager responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers within a defined territory, promoting the full portfolio of priority products, and driving utilization and adoption of medicines with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigates the healthcare environment and payer landscape to understand accounts and engage key stakeholders as trusted partners.
- Uses business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implements and adopts new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline customer interactions.
- Identifies and advocates for opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results abilities.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff in accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team orientation, and emotional intelligence.
- Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
