Territory Manager β McAllen, TX (CMH1)
Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) prescribing and influencing treatment for Lilly portfolio disease states.
- Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling, Competency, and Account Management models.
- Promote priority products across multiple HCP specialties.
- Analyze marketplace and payer landscape; tailor territory strategy to grow/own business outcomes.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience; model growth mindset.
- Demonstrate learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Engage in patient-centered dialogues; promote BU portfolio.
- Drive consistent execution across the Regional Health Care Market; use the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by state.
- Valid US driverβs license with acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; no visa sponsorship.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Account-based selling experience.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focus, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills (aligned to territory/customer needs).
- Residence within 30 miles of territory boundary.
