Role Summary

Pharmaceutical Sales - Associate Territory Manager - Cardiometabolic Health. Territory: ROCK HILL, SC. The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers who prescribe and influence treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio, across multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts. They will be a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients, driving results through Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management models, and building relationships to drive utilization and adoption of our medicines for the right patients.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
  • Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
  • Navigates the changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to understand accounts and engage key stakeholders as trusted partners.
  • Utilizes business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
  • Implements and adopts new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline customer interactions.
  • Identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Required: Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Required: Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Required: Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by state.

Preferred

  • Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff in accounts.
  • Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Bilingual skills aligned with territory and customer needs.
  • Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
