In This Role, You Will
- Serve as functional and technical owner of HiBob (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Workforce Planning) and technical owner of Greenhouse, PAVE, Bridge, and other people technology tools
- Lead system enhancements, design, and vendor management
- Partner with IT and Finance to drive tech stack optimization and scalable system architecture
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve manager/employee experiences
- Build intelligent systems to elevate decision-making and operational efficiency
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights for organizational design and capacity planning; develop dashboards and advanced reporting
- Oversee integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems; maintain data integrity, audit readiness, and global compliance standards

The Experience You’ll Need
- 8+ years leading HRIS, People Analytics, and HR technology initiatives in scaling, multi-entity organizations
- End-to-end experience implementing AI-enabled people tools (vendor selection, business case, data readiness, change management, post-launch optimization)
- Deep hands-on expertise in HiBob (workflow configuration, permissions, lifecycle automation, compensation cycles, reporting, global optimization)
- Techno-functional knowledge across workforce planning, compensation, headcount forecasting, talent management, and org design
- Experience designing/managing HR tech integrations (ATS, payroll, equity, engagement, finance), including APIs/middleware/data mapping/reconciliation
- Advanced reporting/data modeling for executive dashboards and workforce forecasting; strong data integrity focus
- HR systems governance experience (SOX as applicable; GDPR/CCPA), audit support, access management, data quality standards
- Ability to own multi-year HR systems roadmaps while staying hands-on with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder enablement
