General Summary
The People Analytics Sr. Manager will shape HR data strategy using advanced analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle. Partner with HR and business leaders to uncover insights, design experiments, and communicate findings. Build scalable data and AI solutions and translate analytics into actionable business insights.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of people analytics projects supporting HR initiatives (talent acquisition, retention, performance, engagement).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (including Workday reporting) for HR and business stakeholders.
- Apply statistical and experimental methods (e.g., A/B testing, regression) to evaluate HR programs and interventions.
- Translate complex data into narratives that inform decision-making.
- Ensure ethical, compliant use of employee data per privacy and security policies.
- Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., Workday, survey, learning) to provide holistic workforce insights.
- Advise HR leaders on data interpretation and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor trends and emerging technologies in people analytics and recommend innovations.

Knowledge and Skills
- Experience building AI capabilities (ideally HR AI/agents) required.
- Expertise in HR data/analytics and tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI; R preferred).
- Strong HR domain understanding (TA, talent management, org development, employee experience).
- Ability to triangulate diverse data sources and challenge assumptions.
- Strong storytelling/communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Change leadership and stakeholder influence; foster data-driven culture.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in people analytics, HR reporting, or related roles.
- Proven track record impacting HR strategy and business outcomes.
- Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range
- $145,600–$218,400. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
