Overview:
People Advisor delivering manager-facing HR advisory support across Corporate Functions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach managers on day-to-day people challenges, performance, conduct, and team effectiveness.
- Advise on policy interpretation and practical application for consistent, values-aligned decisions.
- Drive early intervention in sensitive employee situations (assess risk, clarify options, prepare next steps).
- Engage Employee Relations for formal action, independent fact-finding, or investigations.
- Advise on employment lifecycle moments: workforce/compensation cycles, performance, role changes, promotions.
- Support leave of absence and return-to-work planning; coordinate stakeholders.
- Guide accommodation and workplace adjustment processes with HR, Benefits, Employee Relations, and legal partners.
- Support sensitive transitions including involuntary separations, reductions in force, and complex exits.
- Enable adoption of enterprise talent programs and manager-facing HR initiatives.
- Advise on organization hygiene, role clarity, workforce planning, headcount initiatives; assess people impacts of business/model changes.
- Conduct people intelligence and organizational health diagnostics; analyze trends and guide actions.

Knowledge & Skills
- Coach/influence managers through complex decisions and sensitive employment situations.
- Strong HR policy/employment practice knowledge and ability to apply across geographies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
- Manage multiple priorities, ambiguity, risk, and judgment in a fast-paced matrix.
- Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and change enablement.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 4+ years in HR advisory/HRBP/employee relations/HR operations or related.
- Experience supporting manager-facing advisory across performance, employment lifecycle, workforce planning, org health, or talent programs (preferred).
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, People Experience, HR Operations, Legal, and Centers of Excellence (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Pay range: $112,700–$169,100; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity.
