Responsibilities: develop strategic account plans, serve as a scientific resource on the full oncology portfolio, understand market dynamics, and support medical and scientific meetings. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 3+ years in a field-based Medical Affairs role working with payers or health systems, or 5+ years of clinical oncology experience in health systems; strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pharmacoeconomics, and value-based care; excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Preferred: field-based experience with payers or scientific leaders; training in health economics/outcomes research. High-Value: oncology, healthcare delivery, payer engagement, remote work with 50% travel, territory coverage of NC, SC, & TN.
