Role: Payer & Health Systems Oncology Medical Affairs Director (PHSO MAD), serving as a therapeutic and disease expert to build relationships with healthcare decision makers in payers and provider organizations. Objectives: facilitate access to scientific information, understand market dynamics, and support strategic planning in oncology. Responsibilities: develop and execute account plans, serve as a primary resource on oncology product portfolio and healthcare delivery, collaborate with regional teams, and support scientific meetings. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 3+ years in field-based Medical Affairs working with payers or healthcare systems, or 5+ years clinical oncology experience; strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pharmacoeconomics, and value-based care; excellent communication, relationship-building, and project leadership skills. Preferred: experience with health economics/outcomes research and payer engagement. High-Value: oncology therapeutic area, remote with up to 50% travel, serving NC, SC, & TN, within a regulated, ethical pharmaceutical environment. Work setup: remote, with significant travel.
