Role: The Payer & Health Systems Oncology Medical Affairs Director (PHSO MAD) is a therapeutic expert responsible for building relationships with healthcare decision makers in payer and provider organizations to facilitate access to oncology products and scientific information. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, serving as a clinical and market resource, understanding healthcare dynamics, and supporting strategic medical planning. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 3+ years' experience in field-based Medical Affairs working with payers or health systems, or 5+ years' clinical oncology experience in a health system; strong knowledge of healthcare delivery, pharmacoeconomics, and value-based care; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred: experience with payers or integrated delivery systems, formal training in health economics/outcomes research.
