Role: The Oncology Patient Support & Advocacy Navigator (PSAN) is a field-based, non-promotional role within Pfizer's US Advocacy & Professional Relations team, focused on executing and activating national advocacy partnerships across diverse tumor types and geographies. Responsibilities: manage regional sponsorships, lead patient and caregiver education at community events, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee program funding and budgets, and report on impact and insights to inform strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards, including CP208, and fosters patient engagement by connecting individuals to advocacy resources, all while maintaining strong relationships with advocacy partners. Qualifications: BA/BS degree, 6+ years of pharmaceutical or advocacy experience (preferably oncology), demonstrated project management and relationship skills, with ability to navigate fast-paced, matrixed environments. Experience with oncology advocacy ecosystems, Pfizer's above-brand initiatives, and clinical backgrounds (e.g., RN, NP) are preferred. High-Value: Oncology advocacy, solid and liquid tumor types, patient education, community engagement, compliance with healthcare regulations, field-based travel up to 50%, including weekends and evenings. The role is remote/field-based, with travel expectations and a need for a valid US driver’s license.
