Role: Clinical Applications Specialist for Monitoring Solutions, focusing on delivering clinical education and training to optimize product performance for end-users. Responsibilities: develop product and clinical knowledge within a specific LCS modality; conduct pre-sale evaluations and educational sessions; collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver training aligned with sales agreements; provide ongoing post-installation support; manage customer relationships and communicate product or technical issues; handle travel and lodging logistics; produce documentation and ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS scores. Requirements: active RN license with critical care experience; willingness to travel extensively (80+%) within US and Canada, ideally based in Austin or Houston, TX; proficient in Windows software and digital tools; ability to learn industry-specific software for digital education.
