Patient Liaison Associate (Hybrid)

Role: Patient Liaison Associate responsible for resolving patient inquiries, managing billing communications, and ensuring patient satisfaction in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: handle incoming/outgoing calls, explain billing, costs, and account details simply, address complaints, track recurring issues for process improvements, and maintain compliance with HIPAA. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years medical billing or patient account experience; proficiency in MS Office, CPT, ICD-10, and insurance processes; strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; proactive and detail-oriented. Preferred: associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, bilingual abilities, prior patient advocacy experience. High-value: healthcare-specific knowledge of revenue cycle management, insurance processing, and billing procedures; ability to work independently in a desk environment; flexible shift and overtime availability, including weekends and holidays.
