Role: Patient Access Liaison (PAL) supporting rare disease and oncology therapies, focusing on patient education, insurance navigation, and reimbursement assistance. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers, develop personalized education plans, guide through insurance and coverage processes, conduct medication administration training, and foster long-term relationships with patients and care teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Safety and Advocacy, ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in a patient support or clinical role; clinical/licensure in pediatrics, endocrinology, neurology, or related fields preferred; minimum two years pharma industry experience; experience with orphan/rare disease product launches and injectable therapies; strong communication skills. High-Value: rare disease and oncology portfolios, supporting therapies in early development stages, with emphasis on reimbursement and patient education. WorkSetup: hybrid/remote with up to 50% travel, including home visits and congress attendance.
