Role: Patient Access Liaison (PAL) responsible for patient education and reimbursement support in rare disease therapies, primarily endocrinology and oncology. Responsibilities: serve as main contact for patients and caregivers, providing disease, product, and access education; assess individual patient needs; guide through insurance and reimbursement processes; deliver medication administration training; develop communication plans; collaborate with internal teams and external advocacy groups; report adverse events and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in patient support, clinical or allied health licensure preferred, with experience in pediatrics, endocrinology, or related fields; 2+ years in pharmaceutical industry; experience with orphan/rare diseases, injectable products, reimbursement, and patient education; bilingual preferred.
