Role: Patient Education Liaison (Rare Diseases) responsible for providing disease and treatment education to patients, caregivers, and communities in the Northwest Texas territory. Objectives include delivering approved information, facilitating patient engagement, addressing reimbursement issues, and supporting patient journey throughout therapy. Responsibilities encompass organizing educational activities, engaging with patient groups, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards, and collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, and Patient Services teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent, active RN license, 5+ years in pharma/biotech with specialty product experience, 3+ years in health education, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English (Spanish preferred). Must be comfortable with 30-50% domestic travel. Preferred: Rare-disease background, Master's degree, additional certifications. High-value specifics: Specialty biotech, rare diseases, patient education and engagement, no sales targets, compliance-driven, remote role, travel requirement.
