Patient Access Liaison (Washington DC)

Role: Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting the strategic patient engagement and access for Compass Pathways' psychedelic treatments for TRD and PTSD. Responsibilities: facilitate REMS certification and enrollment, support site access readiness, provide reimbursement and operational education on coverage, coding, and case management; troubleshoot access barriers; coordinate treatment logistics; collaborate with sales and external support teams; maintain compliant documentation; develop account plans; uphold non-promotional boundaries. Requirements: minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management; experience with specialty pharmacy, benefit verification, prior authorization, and patient support programs; strong stakeholder relationship skills; excellent operational and organizational capabilities; compliance awareness. Education: Bachelor's degree; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel ~50% within an assigned geography. High-Value: focus on mental health treatments—psilocybin for TRD and PTSD; late-stage clinical development; experience supporting access strategies for novel, regulatory-designated therapies; coordination with specialty pharmacy and distribution networks; field-based role requiring mobility and stakeholder engagement.
