Patient Access Liaison - TEPEZZA - Boise ID/MT

Role: Patient Access Liaison (PAL) supporting biopharma therapies with a focus on infused and specialty treatments. Responsibilities: assist patients, caregivers, and providers in navigating insurance, prior authorization, and reimbursement; educate on coverage, billing, and financial assistance; resolve access issues and escalate systemic challenges; collaborate with internal teams (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Case Management, Site of Care) to optimize patient access strategies; ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Qualifications: at least a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in patient services or reimbursement roles, or equivalent experience; experience supporting buy-and-bill, infused therapies, or rare diseases preferred. High-Value: support for complex reimbursement pathways, including prior authorization, appeals, and denied claims; cross-functional stakeholder engagement; fluency in healthcare payment systems, coding, billing, and compliance; up to 50% travel; field-based, collaborative environment. Work setup may include remote and on-site interactions.
