Patient Access Liaison (PAL) β Rockies Region
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient/care partner-facing access and affordability support for Attruby.
- Compliantly support a positive patient journey through cross-stakeholder collaboration.
- Evaluate and implement patient access opportunities within a geographic area.
- Resolve patient issues face-to-face or via phone related to access/affordability.
- Support direct access between consented patients and stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, support orgs).
- Coordinate with hub partner on missing information follow-ups.
- Own ForgingBridges support program relationship: onboard/welcome new patients, manage status changes, and follow up with patients/care partners, prescribers, and pharmacies.
- Ensure ForgingBridges business rules are followed; manage patient communications/workflow.
- Partner with Patient Advocacy and attend local/regional/national events.
- Facilitate/present in-person patient/care partner education as requested.
- Report key compliant insights to Brand Marketing and internal Commercial teams.
- Follow PHI handling policies; attend sales meetings/conferences/events as needed.
- Execute assigned Market Access/Patient Support Services projects; provide strategic/tactical continuous improvement input.
- Develop and execute tactical plans (education, triaging, hub interactions) to meet access KPIs/metrics.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned. 40β60% domestic travel.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred.
- 5β8 years Biotech/Pharma experience; patient services/Market Access/hub experience preferred.
- Cardiology or Rare Disease experience preferred.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; confident rapport building.
- Experience with patient support programs (copay, cost sharing, affordability design, hub models).
- Understanding specialty market, buy-and-bill/retail, reimbursement/access challenges, and OIG/CMS/legal rules for patient support.
- Excellent analytical skills; strong oral/written communication and teamwork.
- Previous PAL/FAM experience a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented for program documents.
- Ability to establish/maintain high-level relationships with patients/families and decision-makers.
