Patient Access Liaison (PAL) — New York City Region
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient/care partner-facing access and affordability support for Attruby; collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing.
- Ensure a compliant, positive patient journey with all stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement patient access opportunities within a geographic area.
- Resolve access/affordability issues (face-to-face or phone); support consented patients with hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support organizations.
- Coordinate hub missing-information follow-ups.
- Own and manage the ForgingBridges support program relationship: onboard new patients, manage status changes, follow up with patients/care partners, prescribers, and pharmacies, and ensure program business rules are followed.
- Control patient information/workflow and communications (PHI handling per policy).
- Partner with Patient Advocacy on engagements; attend advocacy meetings/events; facilitate in-person education as requested.
- Report insights in a compliant manner to Brand Marketing and other Commercial functions.
- Support designated Market Access/Patient Support Services projects; provide strategic/tactical continuous-improvement input.
Qualifications (Who You Are):
- Preferred: BA/BS.
- 5–8+ years Biotech/Pharma experience; patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
- Preferred: Cardiology or Rare Disease experience.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Must understand specialty market, buy-and-bill/retail, reimbursement/access issues, and OIG/CMS/legal considerations for patient support programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop patient access strategies/tactics.
- Detail-oriented; strong relationship-building; prior PAL/FAM experience is a plus.
Travel/Location:
- Reside in a New York City borough.
- 40–60% domestic travel.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary: $200,000–$235,000 (anticipated).
