Patient Access Liaison (Miami, FL)

Role: Patient Access Liaison supporting site-level execution of Compass Pathways' patient engagement and access strategies for their investigational psilocybin treatment in mental health indications like TRD and PTSD. Responsibilities: educate sites on REMS certification and enrollment, strengthen site access readiness, provide reimbursement and coverage education, assist with case management and access barriers, coordinate treatment logistics, support cross-functional stakeholder communication, maintain compliant documentation, and develop account-specific business plans. Requirements: minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management roles; expertise in specialty pharmacy, coverage processes, and patient journey support; strong operational, organizational, and collaborative skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel ~50% within Florida (Miami, Broward, Orlando).
