Patient Access Liaison (PAL) β€” Great Plains Region

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient/care partner-facing access and affordability support for Attruby; collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing.
- Ensure a compliant, positive patient journey with all stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement patient access opportunities within a geographic area.
- Resolve access/affordability issues via face-to-face and phone support.
- Coordinate direct access between consented patients and stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, support organizations).
- Coordinate hub missing-information follow-ups.
- Own relationships for the ForgingBridges patient support program; onboard new patients; manage status changes and follow-ups.
- Ensure ForgingBridges business rules are followed; control patient communications workflow.
- Collaborate with Patient Advocacy; attend advocacy meetings/events.
- Facilitate and present in-person patient/care partner education.
- Report key insights compliantly to Brand Marketing and other Commercial functions.
- Follow PHI handling policy.
- Attend sales meetings/conferences/events as needed.
- Provide strategic/tactical input for continuous improvement; develop and execute tactical plans supporting access imperatives.
- Additional duties as assigned; 40–60% domestic travel.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred.
- 5–8+ years Biotech/Pharma experience; patient services/Market Access/hub experience preferred.
- Cardiology or Rare Disease experience preferred.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Deep experience with patient support programs (copay/cost sharing, affordability design, hub models).
- Understanding specialty market, buy-and-bill/retail, reimbursement/access challenges, and OIG/CMS legal guidance.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop patient access strategies.
- Detail-oriented; able to create/manage program documents.
- Previous PAL/FAM experience a plus.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $200,000–$235,000 USD.
