Role: Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting Compass Pathways' mental health treatments, primarily focusing on psilocybin therapy for TRD and PTSD. Responsibilities include supporting REMS certification and enrollment, enhancing site access readiness, educating on reimbursement, case management, and treatment logistics, and resolving access barriers across external support networks. The role involves building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and documenting activities within CRM systems. Qualifications: minimum 3 years in patient access, reimbursement, or case management within biotech or healthcare sectors; expertise in specialty pharmacy, benefit verification, prior authorization, and access process optimization; strong collaboration and operational skills. Education: Bachelor's degree; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 50%, with residence within 25 miles of the territory.
