Patent Counsel/Senior Patent Counsel

Role: Patent Counsel/Senior Patent Counsel specializing in large molecule biopharma, including antibody and process development, with additional expertise in cell and gene therapy platforms. Responsibilities: lead global patent strategy—drafting, prosecuting, and managing patent portfolios; support IP due diligence for transactions; advise on freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity; handle post-grant proceedings; negotiate IP provisions in commercial agreements; and collaborate with R&D and business teams. Requirements: U.S. J.D., admission to USPTO, 8+ years in life sciences patent law, with strong background in biopharmaceuticals, immunology, or related biotech fields; experience with gene/cell therapy preferred.
