Paralegal, Operations Legal

Role: Paralegal supporting AbbVie's Operations Legal team, primarily managing commercial and operational legal matters. Responsibilities: draft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements including NDAs, real estate contracts, vendor, and professional services agreements; assist in process improvements; collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders; maintain compliant legal files; support legal projects and cross-functional meetings.
