Role: Paralegal specializing in corporate contracts supporting ImmunityBio’s legal team. Primary objectives include managing, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to facilitate business operations and strategic transactions. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including NDA, MSA, SOW, clinical trial, investigator, and lease agreements; overseeing contract approval workflows; maintaining contract templates and forms; and supporting M&A and financing activities through due diligence and schedule preparation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years paralegal experience or ABA certification; proven expertise in commercial contracts, preferably within pharma/biotech environments, with some law firm and in-house background preferred. Skills: strong organizational, multitasking, proofreading, and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information; proficiency with contract management processes and platforms. High-value specifics include experience with clinical trial agreements and regulatory compliance in a biotech context. Location: Onsite in Dunkirk, NY, with standard weekday hours. Reporting to the Legal Team, with occasional support for corporate governance and process improvements.
