Role: Paralegal supporting legal and compliance functions within a biotech focused on oncology and rare diseases, particularly cell-based therapies for bladder cancer and lymphatic malformations. Responsibilities: manage varied agreements (NDAs, clinical trial, vendor, licensing), oversee contract lifecycle, maintain legal databases, assist with corporate governance (records, board materials, filings), and support cross-functional collaboration with Finance, R&D, Commercial, and HR teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3–7 years' paralegal experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or regulated industries; familiarity with legal operations, contract management systems, and biotech-specific regulatory frameworks. Preferred: experience in oncology, rare diseases, biologics, FDA regulations, GxP, intellectual property support, and public company experience. HighValue: support for clinical trial agreements, regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, and collaboration across R&D and commercial functions. WorkSetup: onsite in NYC twice weekly; no supervisory responsibilities; proficient in MS Office and legal tech.
