The Pain Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to promote the safe and effective use of JOURNAVX.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish meaningful relationships with assigned physicians to build awareness and drive adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Develop expertise on the product’s clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
- Understand assigned physicians, territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision makers, patient protocols, referral network navigation, access, and drivers/barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans to identify business opportunities and patient-focused solutions; support PTAM-led account engagement in hospital settings.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with PTAMs, field medical, HEOR, IDN, and payer account teams to create aligned business plans and initiatives.
- Role model ethics and integrity to support compliance and earn trust with external stakeholders.

Required Experience and Knowledge/Skills:
- 5+ years biotech sales; product launch experience highly desired.
- Acute pain product launch experience and engaging diverse physicians highly desired.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand patient treatment nuances in the geography (care coordination, referral patterns, influence networks).
- IT capability to support business needs including Veeva CRM.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Other Requirements:
- Establish customer credentials (trainings, background screens, drug testing, vaccinations).
- Must live and work within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel by car/airplane up to 80%; work after hours as required.
- 10–30% overnight travel.

Pay Range: $140,000–$160,000 (eligible for incentive bonus and annual equity awards).
