Territory Account Manager (US Pain Business Unit)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional decision makers and affiliated HCPs to generate advocacy and drive sales growth.
- Lead engagement with 15–20 institutions (hospitals & ambulatory surgery centers) and select priority community physician offices.
- Build expertise in product clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate use.
- Navigate formulary processes to secure timely inclusion on formularies, pathways, and/or protocols.
- Develop strategic account plans; manage stakeholder mapping, patient protocols, referral networks, and access/account barriers.
- Drive sales performance; meet/exceed forecasts and assigned budgets.
- Collaborate compliantly with field medical, HEOR, IDN and payer account teams, and HQ to align business plans.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience navigating hospital systems and formulary/pharmaceutical product review; implement inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Strong CRM/IT proficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years biotech sales (hospital/institution product launch highly desired).
- 3+ years account management leveraging institutional relationships.
- Proven ability to establish customer credentials (trainings, background screens, drug testing, vaccinations as required).

Required/Logistics:
- Must live and work within the territory (Malibu, Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, Westwood).
- Valid driver’s license; up to 80% travel by car/air; work after hours as needed; 10–30% overnight travel.

Pay Range: $133,600–$200,400 (annual bonus and annual equity awards).
