Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional decision makers and affiliated HCPs to promote safe/effective use of JOURNAVX.
- Develop strategic account plans and manage engagement with 15–20 institutions (hospitals & ambulatory surgery centers) plus select in-hospital physicians.
- Build expertise on product clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate healthcare professionals on appropriate use.
- Navigate formulary processes to deliver product value content and drive timely inclusion on formularies/pathways/protocols.
- Understand account/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, patient protocols, referral networks, and access barriers/drivers.
- Drive sales performance; meet/exceed territory forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborate compliantly with field teams and HQ to align business plans.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 5–7+ years biotech sales (hospital/institution product launch highly desired).
- 3+ years account management; ability to leverage institutional relationships.
- Proven ability to navigate hospital systems and formulary/product review to gain access and influence decision makers and community prescribers.
- Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Strong IT capabilities including Veeva CRM.

Other Requirements:
- Candidate must reside within Northwest Arkansas.
- Complete required customer credentialing/training (may include background screens/drug testing/vaccinations).
- Must live/work within the territory; valid driver’s license; travel up to 80% by car/air; 10–30% overnight.

Pay Range:
- $133,600–$200,400. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
