Qualifications include a bachelorβs degree, 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales with at least 3 years in account management, proven success in fast-paced environments, and experience with institutional and community accounts, especially involving formulary and pathway implementation. Skills in market assessment, stakeholder engagement, CRM proficiency, and flexibility to travel up to 80% are essential. The role involves working in a highly dynamic, deployment-driven model with a focus on strategic execution and continuous learning in a biotech setting.
