Position Summary
The Packaging Supervisor oversees daily operations on the pharmaceutical packaging area to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production. Manages planning, scheduling, equipment setup and operation, and provides leadership, coaching, and training to packaging team members. Provides general supervision of Building 85 during second shift across multiple packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging operations (cGMP documentation oversight, equipment setup/operation, cleaning, maintenance); direct team members; ensure safe, compliant, efficient work; manage labor/materials to meet packaging schedules; may supervise dispensing.
- Ensure safe, compliant, continuous operations across assigned areas in Building 85 during second shift.
- Train employees, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with SOPs and batch record documentation.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, production, and validation to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and may operate packaging equipment (blister packers, bottle fillers, labelers, cartoners, serialization systems); run packaging lines as needed.
- Coordinate workflow across multiple packaging lines and shifts to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
- College diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in manufacturing/packaging environment.
- Strong English communication (verbal/written); ability to follow and execute complex instructions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging operations and cGMP requirements.
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members; strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Physical/Working Conditions
