Schedule
- 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Safely operate packaging equipment to package in-process products per the Packaging Order while following SOPs and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance.
- Check and verify product/outserts/label against product specifications in batch record, work order, and packaging records.
- Ensure proper setting and operation of all packaging equipment in the packaging rooms.
- Keep the packaging line/room clean, organized, and ready for operations.
- Perform packaging batch record documentation.
- Conduct in-process checks during packaging and record data in the packaging batch record.
- Check calibration status of scales, balances, and equipment; dispose of rejected products and packaging components in designated areas.
- Perform other assigned functions; comply with company policies and standards; may monitor equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED (preferred).
- Experience: With HS/GED, 2+ years in pharmaceuticals packaging/manufacturing; or less than HS/GED, 3+ years of proven related experience in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.
- Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of safety, cGMP, and SOP.
- Required: Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
Benefits/Pay
- Hourly base salary: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour (estimate).
