Organ Health Specialist – Thoracic Transplant (NC & TN)

Role: Organic Health Specialist in Thoracic Transplant (Heart and Lung), focusing on driving sales and adoption of Prospera, a non-invasive genetic blood test for transplant patients. Responsibilities: achieve sales targets through strategic territory management, engage transplant centers, educate healthcare providers, build relationships with KOLs, and promote market adoption of transplant diagnostics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; at least 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in diagnostics, transplant, or lab-developed tests; existing KOL relationships preferred; proven success in launching new products and driving growth in complex medical environments. HighValue: transplant-focused genetic testing, Heart and Lung transplant centers, medical and academic settings, experience in diagnostics or specialty medicine, demonstrated sales achievements, ability to navigate complex sales cycles. WorkSetup: remote role with 3-4 days/week travel; flexible hours including evenings/weekends. Compensation: $185,000–$215,000 OTE, with uncapped commissions, car allowance, and RSUs.
