Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of sales experience in diagnostics, genetics, or lab-developed tests, with pre-existing nephrology connections preferred. Experience navigating academic health systems such as UNC, Duke, or Wake Forest highly valued. Skills include relationship-building, strategic problem-solving, superior communication, and self-motivation. High-value: Focus on kidney disease diagnostics, genetic testing, with a target OTE of $180K–$200K, including a base salary, uncapped commissions, and travel up to 35% within the Greensboro-Durham corridor.
