Role Summary
Operator - Dry Packaging at IDAP (Full-time). Starting at $22/hour with benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Night/Day shift available.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operation of automated, semi-automated, or manual equipment in assembly, labeling, and packaging areas in accordance with operating procedures
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of product
- Follow manufacturing batch records and ensure good documentation practices in batch records, logbooks, and forms
- Attain and maintain qualification for operation of assigned process equipment and duties in the area
- Learn and apply knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks in their area of responsibility
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Completion of Post Offer Exam and Completion of Work Simulation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided
- Direct manufacturing experience operating automatic, manual, or semi-automated equipment (preferred)

Additional Requirements
- Manufacturing shifts; some 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule; additional 2nd shift hours (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) and a mix of day/night roles
- Initial training may require different schedules temporarily
- Overtime may be required
- Allergen exposure considerations; post-offer allergy test may be required
- Safety equipment required; training to move materials with pallet jacks
