Operations Technology Associate

Role: Digital Operations Technology Associate responsible for ensuring cybersecurity, reliability, and regulatory compliance of manufacturing, laboratory, greenhouse, and facility systems at Bayer’s Tucson site. Responsibilities include implementing security standards, managing vulnerability remediation, supporting infrastructure changes, performing identity and access management, monitoring cybersecurity alerts, coordinating incident response, and maintaining documentation. Core focus on safeguarding OT environments, supporting engineering and operations during system design and deployment, and collaborating with vendors and enterprise teams. Qualifications: B.S. in Cyber Operations, IT, CS, or related field, or 4+ years relevant experience; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; site safety compliance. Preferred: 3+ years in cybersecurity or network security, foundational networking and security knowledge, hands-on experience via internships or projects. High-Value: OT cybersecurity, manufacturing environment, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance documentation. Work setup: On-site in Tucson, Arizona; no travel specified.
