Operations
Some duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with manufacturing equipment throughout the manufacturing cycle; assist with equipment setup and operation.
- Perform manual and/or automated operations, and general maintenance/support.
- Maintain housekeeping and execute facility decontamination per approved procedures.
- Assist with aseptic procedures (media preparation, antigen inoculation/harvest, tissue culture prep/harvest, filling vaccines, etc.).
- Assist with non-aseptic procedures, including handling live poultry for tissue harvest and waste.
- Fill, label, cap, package, and inspect product.
- Maintain concurrent records (charts, log books, and required documentation).
- Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations; notify appropriate personnel.
- May manage hazardous waste accumulation/labeling per training.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and comply with safety/company policies.
- Assist with weekly reports as assigned; attend required training.

Required Education:
- High School diploma/GED

Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic reading, math, and computer skills
- Ability to communicate and work with others in a manufacturing environment
- Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test

Working Conditions:
- Varying hours; rotating shift possible; overtime up to 10%; no travel.
