Operations Technician

Role: Operations Technician supporting antigen production in animal health biopharma manufacturing at De Soto, KS, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: execute routine production tasks, sampling, documentation, and process support across all manufacturing stages from raw materials to final product; promote safety and GMP compliance; support process improvements and team skills development. Requirements: High School Diploma; experience in GMP manufacturing, attention to detail, documentation, and process adherence; strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel; understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality metrics. Preferred: BSc in a relevant scientific field, experience with large-scale filtration, aseptic techniques, and manufacturing environment. High-value: biologics antigen production, cGMP, USDA regulations; shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM with occasional weekends and holidays; travel approximately 10%.
