Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, and animate performance workshops focused on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, complex problem solving, and launch readiness; lead and coordinate execution of related action plans.
- Act as a performance partner for one or more EM&S business units by attending leadership meetings and performance rituals, detecting performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving prioritization and execution of initiatives.
- Deploy and maintain the EM&S performance management system per SMS 2.0 standards, including +QDCI, Team Board, and GPS3 board.
- Contribute to the SMS upskilling program (training, certification, and coaching activities) and champion cultural change in continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of performance management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques; proven track record.
- Expertise in sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling operations.
- Expertise in biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing.
- Performance-oriented mindset and ability to identify key performance drivers.
- Cross-functional agility in matrix environments.
- Strong communication skills to senior leadership.
- Coaching/training capabilities; experience developing others with structured support and feedback.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Plus: experience with external partners/CMOs; SMS certification (Intermediate or above) or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma; experience in training/coaching/people development.
