Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, and animate performance workshops focused on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, complex problem solving, and launch readiness; lead and coordinate execution of related action plans.
- Serve as performance partner for one or more EM&S business units by attending leadership team meetings/performance rituals, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving prioritization and execution of initiatives.
- Deploy and maintain the EM&S performance management system per SMS 2.0 standards, including +QDCI, Team Board, and GPS3 board.
- Contribute to SMS upskilling program (training, certification, coaching).
- Champion cultural change in continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving methodologies.

Qualifications (Basic)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of performance management systems, continuous improvement, and problem-solving; proven track record of realizations.
- Expertise in sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling operations.
- Expertise in biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing.
- Performance-oriented mindset; ability to identify key performance drivers.
- Cross-functional agility in matrix environments.
- Strong communication to senior leadership; coaching/training experience.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).

Preferred/Plus
- Experience working with external partners/CMOs.
- SMS certification (Intermediate or above) or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience in training, coaching, and people development.
