How you will contribute:
- Implement marketing and brand strategy to target key customers and deploy resources.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of assigned product.
- Build business relationships with high-level decision makers and influential groups.
- Create account-specific business plans; effectively use targeted marketing materials.
- Provide real-time analysis of market conditions to Home Office.
- Apply technical expertise to achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals.
- Maintain expertise in product knowledge, disease states, and competitive/organizational landscape.
- Analyze data and prepare materials for business reviews.
- Complete timely, accurate reporting (e.g., territory action plan, expenses, itinerary, inventory, professional speaker requests, budget tracking).
- Report adverse events related to products in a timely, compliant manner.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation/communication skills.
- Ability to communicate scientific information compliantly with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills; navigate software to analyze territory data.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred:
- Oncology launch experience; prior oncology selling; established relationships in the territory; large account management in oncology (community practices, academic, NCI/NCCN centers).

Travel: Up to 50% (Northern Phoenix-AZ, Las Vegas-NV and surrounding).
Training: Must pass mandatory product training with written/oral exams; initial non-exempt/overtime eligibility during training, then transition to exempt.
