How you will contribute
- Implement overall marketing and brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customer
- Formulate effective strategies to achieve sales goals and product positioning goals within target accounts
- Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of assigned product
- Initiate and develop business relationships with high level decision makers and other influential groups
- Formulate strategies to utilize account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate and address stakeholder needs
- Create account-specific business plans and strategies to gain access to key stakeholders
- Provide real-time analysis and input on market conditions to Home Office for development of targeted strategies and materials
- Apply expertise to implement plans and achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals
- Maintain competence in product knowledge, disease states, industry/competitive landscape, and organizational structure
- Analyze data and prepare subject matter for business reviews
- Act as technical/functional subject matter resource and continue developing higher-level skills
- Complete accurate, timely reporting (monthly territory action plan, expense reports, monthly itinerary, sample inventory, request for professional speakers, budget tracking tool)
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Utilize company resources per guidelines
- Report adverse events in a timely, compliant manner
- Maintain comprehension of oral molecule distribution/delivery and specialty pharmacy/provider interfaces

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to communicate scientific knowledge to medical professionals in a compliant manner
- Strong computer/technical skills to navigate software and analyze territory data
- Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing

Preferred
- Previous oncology launch experience; established relationships in geographic area; previous oncology selling; large account management experience incl. large oncology practices, academic and NCI/NCCN cancer centers

Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% travel; territory: Northern Phoenix (AZ), Las Vegas (NV) and surrounding cities

Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written and oral examinations). External hires are non-exempt during training and may be eligible for overtime during training only.

Arizona - Virtual (Remote)
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $78.27 - $107.62
