Role Summary

Role: Oncology Sales Specialist, Breast / Women’s Cancer - Tampa. This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area (Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville, and surrounding areas). The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology, hematology, or rare disease portfolio for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will apply a deep level of commercial insight, be a lifelong learner, lead among peers, proactively serve customer needs, and leverage digital tools to connect customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote competitive sales growth.
  • Personalize and tailor the healthcare professional engagement journey by reflecting customer preferences and leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build engagement and develop long-term, sustainable collaboration with Novartis.
  • Listen to customer needs and understand the healthcare environment to deliver a memorable, customer-centered experience that goes beyond clinical differentiation.
  • Use available data sources to create and dynamically prioritize territory, account, and customer interaction plans, adjusting them as needed.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders and support the development of product and indication-related content, campaigns, and interaction plans.
  • Provide value to customers and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance to design and implement solutions that meet unmet customer or patient needs.
  • Interact with customers and colleagues with transparency and integrity; act with clear intent and uphold ethical standards and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Demonstrated sales skills and ability to develop customer relationships in a field-based environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology, hematology, or rare disease therapies; strong commercial acumen.
