Role Summary
This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will apply commercial insight, be a lifelong learner, lead among peers, and adopt digital tools to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Stimulate concurrent revenue growth
- Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for designated HCPs using customer preferences, available content, and multiple engagement channels
- Build engagement by collaborating with HCPs to develop a sustainable relationship for Novartis over time
- Deliver memorable, customer-focused experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the care environment
- Utilize available data sources to create relevant area, account, and customer interaction plans, prioritizing and adjusting dynamically
- Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support development of product- and indication-related content, campaigns, and interaction plans
- Deliver value to customers and patients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
- Act with integrity and fairness, adhering to the Novartis code of ethics and values; speak up when things donβt seem right
